My first exposure to this 'health food' was a 2 dollar and 39 cent 10 ounce bag. I like to eat them and my body seems to like that I eat them. I don't know nothing about birthing no babies, but I do know that I feel good about eating these things.

When I began to find out information about the wolfberry, goji berry, whatever!-berry, I was overwhelmed by what appear to be hyped products instead of just the little bag of berries!

I know that other people will try to find out more about this berry, and I hope that I am able to help them to do so.

I am 39 years old. "If I had known I was going to live this long, I would have taken better care of my body!" was something my father always said. I don't profess to be a health nut, but if I can eat three or four handfuls of these things a day and do good things for my body, then I will.
