Wolfberry Tea is very easy to make. First of all, I make it out of plain old fructus lycii, as purchased from the chinese grocery stores. I don't buy loose leaf tea that is claimed to have goji or wolfberry in it. I like to use the berries to make the tea.
Grab a handful of goji berries to make your goji tea.

Put the wolfberries into a cup.

Add hot water.

Just being funny, but it really is that easy!
The easiest way to make wolfberry tea is to drop some wolfberries in to a cup of hot water. I wait a few minutes for it to cool down. Although the berries taste really good when they are all filled up with the water, I don't get much of a taste out of the tea.
If you are looking for a way to add goji or fructus lycii to your diet, and you like tea, then pick out your favorite tea and make a cup of that. Then, add the berries to your favorite tea. The berries will absorb the tea water and be very tasty.
Another way to enjoy wolfberry tea is to add wolfberries to a glass of wine. There may be no tea involved, but the berries soak up the wine (best in red) and are little balls of flavor when eaten out of the wine.
If you have another way to make wolfberry tea, please let me know!
Here is something real for you. I drink water with Goji berries added. The dried berries absorb water and get bigger and, to me, more edible.

I took one of the berries out of the water to dissect it.

There are all kinds of little seeds inside of each and every wolfberry!

And, yes, I ate it after I opened it. I love eating the wolfberries at the bottom of the tea.
